Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you ship to?
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post, including to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
For that personal touch, our friendly Bleasdale staff also deliver to select local areas. Please contact Bleasdale directly for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. However, we are working on a solution that we hope to introduce in the future. For more information, please contact cellardoor@bleasdale.au
What are your delivery costs?
Australia-wide shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20. For orders over $300* your shipping is free!
Press Club members receive complimentary shipping on all orders of 6 x 750ml bottles or more.
*Calculated on the value of the order before shipping is applied, if applicable.
When can I expect my wine?
Completed orders are collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If a Public Holiday falls on a scheduled dispatch date, Australia Post will pick up cages on the following business day.
Special event deliveries such as Warehouse Sales or Press Club runs are dispatched on the first Thursday following order processing.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 business days, after which time you can expect your delivery within 2-14 days, depending on location. Please see below for approximate delivery times.

VIC Regional – 4-9 business days

Do you offer tracking on orders?
All orders dispatched through Australia Post receive a tracking number when email & mobile details have been entered on ordering.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please call us on
08 8537 4000 or email cellardoor@bleasdale.au so that we can further investigate.
In the event that your parcel is damaged in transit, we will replace it immediately. If your parcel is delayed, we can create an inquiry with Australia Post. Please contact us for further information.
What are your Cellar Door opening hours?
Our Cellar Door opening hours are:
Monday – Sunday: 10am – 5pm
1st June to 30th September – Sunday hours: 10am – 4pm
Closed: Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
Anzac Day: 12 – 4pm
Office Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday
Our tastings are designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace. Wine flights, tastings and platters are available until 4:00pm to allow sufficient time for your experience.
How accessible is Bleasdale?
Effort has been made to ensure that where possible, Bleasdale’s historic buildings are accessible to all. We offer priority parking close to the Cellar Door entrance for those who may require it. The toilet facilities are wheelchair accessible, as is our Cellar Door.
Ramp access to the museum section of our winery is also available.
We are aware that due to the age of our winery it is more challenging to create a fully accessible experience, but we are always working on plans to overcome this. If you need more information about our facilities, please email – cellardoor@bleasdale.au
Do you offer food in your Cellar Door?
We have sourced a selection of delightful local platter items that you are able to choose from in order to create your own perfect platter. This includes gluten free options.
How can I get in touch?

If you would like to skip a delivery, update your details or cancel your membership, please contact Stella using the above details.
Do you charge for tastings?
Yes, we have several Wine Flights to select from at various prices. Tasting fees are redeemable on purchase of wine up to a certain value, variable to each Wine Flight.
Do I need to book ahead?
As we are a smaller Cellar Door, we recommend calling or emailing to book ahead. For larger groups of 8 or more booking is required.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are a dog friendly Cellar Door providing they are on a leash and well-behaved. Dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area where we are able to offer full tasting flights for you and fresh water for your furry friend.
I’m a Press Club Member. What benefits do I receive when visiting the Cellar Door?

Where are you located?
Our address is 1640 Langhorne Creek Road, Langhorne Creek, SA 5255. We are located approximately 60 minutes south-east of Adelaide, and 30 minutes from Mount Barker and Murray Bridge. Our nearest town is Strathalbyn.
Do you offer accommodation?
