FOUR CELLARS, FOUR DECADES, ONE LONG LUNCH, Sunday August 9
Four award-winning Langhorne Creek wineries join forces for a very special long Sunday Lunch with vintage vibes and back vintage wines.
Over a long table, rustic style lunch enjoy current release wines along with some very special back vintage wines from across four decades from Bleasdale, Bremerton, Kimbolton and Lake Breeze Wines.
Chef Todd Steele will create a menu sourced from the best quality produce around Langhorne Creek and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
DJ AL will play cool retro tunes as you settle in to taste the evolution of wine styles over the decades, matched with a sumptuous three course meal.
Proudly part of the Fleurieu Food Festival 2026, a month-long celebration of food, wine, produce and regional experiences across the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Three Trophies and 7 Gold Medals! Bleasdale crowned Producer of the Year at the 2026 Langhorne Creek Wine Show
Bleasdale shone at the 2026 Langhorne Creek Wine Show on Friday as the 2025 ‘Reed Patch’ Single Vineyard Malbec took home trophies for Best Malbec and the Champion Wine of Show.
Held on Friday, May 1st, a true highlight of the Show for the winemaking team was the announcement marking Bleasdale as the 2026 Producer of the Year!
Chair of judges Adam Walls (Wine Selectors) was joined by judges Alexandra Alavoine (Treasury Wine Estates) and wine communicator Samantha Payne, as well as associate judges Charlotte Hardy (Charlotte Dalton Wines) and Gonzalo Sanchez (Lloyd Brothers). In his first year as chair, Walls was impressed by Langhorne Creek’s diversity.
“The show was an insightful immersion into the region’s wines, with an impressively high standard of winemaking demonstrated across all classes.” says Walls.
Bleasdale again showed why they are known as ‘The King of Malbec’ taking home a total of 7 Gold Medals, 5 of which were for Malbec wines.
“The Malbec class was especially noteworthy. The 20 wines presented demonstrated remarkable diversity in vineyard origin, clonal selection and house style, reinforcing the view that Langhorne Creek comfortably sits at the top of this variety’s totem pole,” Walls said.

'There's a Story in Every Glass' Documentary Screening - Friday 8th May -
Join us for an evening at the Langhorne Creek Memorial Hall as we offer a first showing of Bleasdale’s ‘There’s a Story in Every Glass’ documentary.
Created by Ian Doyle and Malcolm Ludgate, with narration by Jane Doyle OAM, this 80-minute documentary takes you through the life of Frank Potts and the establishment of Bleasdale Vineyards.
Featuring original footage of the Red Gum Lever Press in action and interviews with Potts descendants & Wolf Blass, the viewer is taken back in time across three centuries of pioneering history.
Wine, soft drinks and light snacks will be available for purchase.
