The Bleasdale Cellar Door is one of the most historic in Australia, with a story like no other. We have an incredible range of award-winning wines, being named Winery of the Year in 2024. Every Bleasdale wine has its own story, best told in the glass, and we are looking for someone to tell them to our guests.

This pale pink sparkling wine will have you dreaming of long, hot summer days by the beach or pool with a glass of bubbles in your hand.
Fresh and bright aromatics of rose petal and blood orange, the palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of pomegranate and raspberry sorbet.

Introducing - Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon!
The latest in our sparkling range has been released,
Our new Sparkling Cabernet is resplendent in royal purple, perfect for gracing your festive season celebration tables. Rather than replace our Sparkling Shiraz, you can enjoy both, as they have their own distinct characteristics.
The winemaking team describe our purple beauty as being a little drier and more complex than our Sparkling Shiraz. It is great as an aperitif, but also dry enough to hold its own accompanying a lunch table full of delicious roast meats and poultry.
As Dean, our Cellar Door Manager, says: “Slice some smoky ham straight off the bone and wash it down with a mouthful of this luscious new release!” Cheers!

The ‘Trav’s Sav’ Sauvignon Blanc, ‘The Hill’ Adelaide Hills Chardonnay as well as the S.C.G. Rosé and M.C.G. blends are bright fruit forward styles designed to enjoy on any occasion with cleverly layered complexity to keep the serious wine consumer happy, but won’t intimidate others.
